Casa Del Alma Hotel Boutique & Spa was definitely worth the money. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony with green foliage. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the sights and attractions. The staff treated us with courtesy and were helpful in providing recommendations and arranging excursions.
The only thing that could have been better was the variety of options for breakfast. The menu for breakfast could have had more choices to cater to different preferences.

Recently stayed at Casa Del Alma Hotel Boutique & Spa for a few nights. The staff was friendly and responsive, making our stay very pleasant. The included breakfast was delicious, offering more than just continental options. The hotel's central location was perfect, only a couple of blocks from the Zocalo. Our room on the third floor was spacious, quiet, and had a great view. The hotel had elegant decor with a muted color palette, giving it a classy vibe. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with a large bathroom. a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.
Would recommend this hotel.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, close to the main plaza in this beautiful town. The hotel facilities are top-notch, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with any needs. The breakfast served is abundant and of high quality, comparable to fine dining restaurants. Additionally, the hotel offers private and safe parking, which is a convenient feature in this city.
Not one thing. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect.

Wonderful breakfast served in their small restaurant; a short walk to the central plaza; numerous restaurants and shops in the historic old town; cool climate in January; spacious rooms, friendly staff, and reasonable prices; convenient parking in hotel garage.

The hotel is conveniently located just two blocks from the main square in one direction, and two blocks to a big outdoor market in the opposite direction. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and nice amenities like L'Occitane toiletries. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The hotel also offers a spa, gym, and secure parking for guests. The restaurant serves delicious food, although it may be a bit pricey compared to other options in town.
The hotel seems a bit self-conscious and lacks warmth and competence.

The hotel is simply luxurious, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. the Spa & wellness centre, sauna, and massage service were top-notch. the room advantages were exceptional, with a beautiful outdoor dining area and bar/lounge. Moreover, the location was perfect, within walking distance to the best attractions.
There was just one minor issue, the service provided was a little slow. Although it was the only downside I experienced, the staff made up for it with their great hospitality and attentiveness to detail.

The breakfast was amazing, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful during our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, and the room was large and spotlessly clean. Additionally, the bathroom had excellent water pressure, which was a nice surprise.
The restaurant service was a bit slow, but that was a common theme throughout San Cristobal. Additionally, there were a few communication issues with the staff, as they did not speak English fluently.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
